Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you (or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquires physical possession of the last products from your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you will need to inform us in writing at the Customer Relations Department by email at: hello@ilerbrand.com.

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify your decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G no. 34/2014, within fourteen (14) days from the day you took physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by you.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value of any goods delivered, where the loss is the result of your improper handling.

We will refund the value of the product without delay, and no later than:

(i) fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt  by us, back from you, of any goods delivered; or

(ii) if the goods have not been delivered, fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your withdrawal.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

If we have sent the goods to you and you have cancelled the order, we may postpone the refund until we receive the goods back.

If we do not receive back the goods related to the cancelled order, we have the right to collect them from you at a cost.

You will  return the goods related to the cancelled order to ILÈR – BUCURESTI, SECTOR 1, BULEVARDUL AGRONOMIEI 7-15, BLOC N1.8, AP1, COD 014151, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.                                                                               

Please note that you can only exercise your right to cancel your order if you inform us in writing of your cancellation, at any time after your order has been placed, up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date following receipt of your order, by email or as mentioned above, i.e. before requesting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), by email sent to hello@ilerbrand.com. The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized is exempt from the right of withdrawal.
