In the event that we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website and/or in order to purchase products from this website, then you can be sure that this will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The operator Inuri Store SRL  is a Romanian limited liability company, with its registered office in Sos. Nationala DN1, nr12, Baicoi, Prahova, Romania, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J29/1319/2024, unique registration code RO50203737.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (European Regulation 2016/679/EU), ILÈR is obliged to manage the personal data you provide to us in a secure manner and only for the specified purposes.

• evaluating and improving your shopping experience;

For situations where, according to the law, ILÈR determines that your request to delete your personal data must be fulfilled, ILÈR will carry out the deletion.
• Right to object: If the processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest or is directly related to direct marketing, you have the right to object to ILÈR  processing of your personal data, referring to your particular situation.
• Right to restriction: In certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. However, in certain cases, such restriction of processing may limit the services you can receive from us.
• Right to portability You have the right to ask us to transmit your personal data to another controller, if you have provided us with the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time. If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent given before the receipt of that withdrawal.

You can exercise these rights by sending a written request, either in physical format, to ILÈR  – INURI STORE SRL, at the address in Sos. Nationala DN1, nr12, Baicoi, Prahova, Romania, with the mention Data Protection, or in electronic format, to the e-mail address hello@ilerbrand.com., with the subject Data Protection. ILÈR will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than 1 (one) month from its receipt. This period may be extended by 2 (two) months when necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
ILÈR  , according to applicable legislation, offers free access and/or obtaining copies of personal data only for the first 3 (three) requests of the same type regarding the same information, otherwise access and/or obtaining copies will be made against a cost, which ILÈR It is assessed at 50 Euro / request, this amount being subject to update. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro). 

Grounds for processing
The grounds for processing provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (European Regulation 2016/679/EU) are:
(i) Article 6(1)(a) (consent of the data subject) – for processing relating to marketing activities, sending news and newsletters;
(ii) Article 6(1)(b) (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);
(iii) Article 6(1)(c) (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject);
(iv) Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest of the controller).

Storage period
The storage period of personal data depends on the purpose for which the processing is carried out, they are kept for the entire period provided by law for the storage of information and documents containing personal data, respectively for the period of time provided by law for the prescription of the right of action. After the expiration of the storage period, they are destroyed, regardless of the medium on which they are kept.

Your obligations in case of registration

Regarding the payment of products ordered online, to ensure the security of transactions, ÌNURI uses a secure payment platform. The payment platform used is mentioned on the website. In order to correctly complete the transaction, the data necessary to authorize the transaction must be entered in the payment platform.

User declaration
By completing the data in the registration and/or order form, you declare and unconditionally accept that your personal data will be included in the ILÈR database, and these will be used for the purposes presented in this Privacy Policy. In the situation where the processing is carried out based on consent, this will be expressly requested from you, such as in the case of processing for marketing purposes.
