Website owner www.ilerbrand.com is INURI STORE LTD, a Romanian limited liability company, with its registered office in Baicoi, sos.Nationala DN1, KM12, Prahova County, Romania registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J29/1391/2024, unique registration code RO50203737.

The terms “ ILÈR ” or “we” refer to the owner of this website, whose name is INURI STORE SRL. The term “you” or “your” refers to the user or viewer of our website. The term “Site” refers to our website.

ÎNURI website  and related services are provided subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.ilerbrand.com  

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to our policies regarding the conditions of purchase in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you are under 16 years of age, you must inform your parent or guardian about Privacy policy ILÈR  before registering to use this Site or any of the services of this Site. However, we reserve the right to accept orders only from persons over the age of 18. 

The Terms and Conditions may be subject to change. Please read the Terms and Conditions and check back periodically. If you do not agree to any changes to the terms, then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

 

INRegistration

In order to use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. In the event of any change to any of your registration information, please notify us immediately at the following email address hello@ilerbrand.com

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify ILÈR  immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

ELIGIBILITY FOR PURCHASE

In order to make a purchase on the Site, you will be asked to provide personal information. In particular, you must provide your real name, telephone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be asked to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and confirm that you are the person named in the billing information provided.

The site is available  for individuals, legal entities and other persons who meet the ILÈR  eligibility conditions, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card, issued by a bank accepted by ILÈR , whose applications are accepted by ILÈR  and who have authorized ÌNURI to process a payment or payments on their credit/debit card, according to the value of the total purchase price for the products purchased. 

In order to pay for the purchased products, you expressly authorize us to perform certain checks to validate the card and to certify your identity.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

ILÈR  offers for sale products that are in stock and available to be shipped from our distribution center. Therefore, there may be an opportunity from time to time to make an advance payment for certain items, in which case, you will be allowed to make an Advance Purchase. This ensures that you receive this item with priority once the stock is delivered to our warehouse. ILÈR  will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery. Your rights regarding advance payment are the same as for any other purchase from ILÈR . Alternatively, you may choose to register your email address to receive notifications regarding the receipt of selected products that are not currently in stock. 

Items received in stock may be pre-allocated to fulfill Prepaid orders and customers who make prepayments will receive their items ahead of customers on the waitlist or customers who order through the Site for immediate delivery. Please note that we may be unable to deliver the selected Prepaid merchandise due to manufacturing or quality control issues identified at the time of receipt of an order in stock. In such circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Prepaid to your credit/debit card within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification that the merchandise has become unavailable. 

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a particular product on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please note that occasionally certain products that are in high demand will be out of stock during this period. 

ILÈR will keep a record of your transactions for at least one year.

By checking, you agree that all data provided by you required by the sales process is correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order.

By checking, you agree that ILÈR  may contact you by any means available/accepted by ILÈR , in any situation in which it is necessary to contact you.

 

PRICE POLICY

The prices displayed on the site are in RON, EURO or USD.  Company  is a VAT payer.

All prices and offers remain valid as displayed from time to time. The price in USD, EURO or RON of a product posted on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of proven error. 

Product prices are set at the time we post an item using prevailing exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if exchange rate changes apply before the order is accepted or items are subject to discounts at any time during the sale period. 

Customers purchasing from a country that uses DDP will be responsible for import duties and other taxes applicable to the import of the goods. These costs are not included in the final purchase price.Customers purchasing from a country that uses DDU will only pay the price of the purchased products and shipping costs. Import duties and other taxes applicable to the import of goods will be invoiced to you directly by DHL or by an import broker designated by you. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the total cost before completing your purchase. 

If you are a Romanian customer, whose credit/debit card is not in RON, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate applicable on the date your card issuer processes the transaction. For customers in Romania, payment will be made only in RON. 

If you are a foreign customer, whose credit/debit card is not denominated in USD, EURO or RON, the final price will be calculated according to the exchange rate applicable on the date your card issuer processes the transaction. 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER.

Once you have made your selection and your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

If you do not cancel the order, acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and ILÈR will be concluded when we send an email confirming that the goods have been shipped. Therefore, the sales contract is concluded as a distance sales contract and the language of the contract is Romanian or English, as the case may be.

Neither our payment processor nor our designated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of ILÈR .

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, or due to shipping restrictions applicable to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or the data provided by you on the Site is incomplete or incorrect or does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions. 

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse to provide a service to anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any product from the Site, whether or not such product has been sold, for the removal, display or editing of any materials or content on the Site, for the refusal to process a transaction, or for the liquidation or suspension of any transaction after processing has begun.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the details on our Site are correct, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel any such order which has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product which is incorrectly priced for any reason, we will send you an email or telephone to inform you that we have not accepted the order and/or that the product in your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as we are able, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification that we have not accepted the order and/or that the product in your order has been cancelled.If the products are withdrawn during shipping, we will begin the refund procedure once the products are returned to us.

 

TRANSFER OF PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership of the products is transferred, after payment for the products, at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address, by signing the transport document or directly the invoice issued by us, as applicable.

 

PAYMENT

To pay for products ordered at ILÈR , you have several payment options:

  • cash on delivery (only for Romania);
  • online credit/debit card payment
  • by bank transfer to our account.

For cash on delivery, payment will be made only in RON, in full, upon delivery, to the courier agent.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize a payment to ILÈR , we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that our Site is secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using the STRIPE ,ViVa payment, Revolut platforms.

We also take reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep your order and payment details secure, but in the absence of our fault, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. 

In the case of online payments or by bank transfer, ILÈR  is not/cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, including, but not limited to, currency exchange fees applied by the card issuing bank.

NUMBERS  will issue you an invoice for the products delivered, your obligation  being to provide us with all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

NUMBERS  will send you the invoice for the order containing the products sold by ILÈR  exclusively in electronic format, by adding the invoice to your account or by electronic mail, to the e-mail address mentioned in your account.

Through this method of communication, by accessing your account, you have a record of the invoices issued by ILÈR , being able to save and archive them at any time and in any way you wish.

By submitting your order, you agree to receive invoices in electronic format by adding them to your account by ÎNURI or via electronic mail, to the email address mentioned in your account.

If this information is not available in yourILÈR  account within forty-eight (48) hours, please notify us at the email address hello@ilerbrand.com.

 

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

ILÈR I insures each purchase while in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the goods purchased passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example, for a gift), then you agree that the signature of that person (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and performance of ILÈR 's obligation and transfer of responsibility.

Please note that we aim to ship all orders within 5-7 days.Estimated delivery times are indicative and will start to run from the date of shipment. ILÈR  is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at destination. 

Delivery is made to the address indicated by you, in a door-to-door courier system. Usually, for Romania ILÈR works with FAN CURIER, DPD, SAMEDAY, CARGUS and for other countries ÌNURI works with FEDEX.

Goods can be delivered directly by ILÈR  for the Bucharest, Romania area.

ILÈR  will ensure the proper packaging of the goods and will ensure the transmission of accompanying documents.

ILÈR  will deliver the goods only to the territories of the mentioned countries here.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you (or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquires physical possession of the last products from your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you will need to inform us in writing at the Customer Relations Department by email at: hello@ilerbrand.com. 

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify your decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G no. 34/2014, within fourteen (14) days from the day you took physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by you.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value of any goods delivered, where the loss is the result of your improper handling.

We will refund the value of the product without delay, and no later than:

(i) fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt  by us, back from you, of any goods delivered; or

(ii) if the goods have not been delivered, fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your withdrawal.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

If we have sent the goods to you and you have cancelled the order, we may postpone the refund until we receive the goods back.

If we do not receive back the goods related to the cancelled order, we have the right to collect them from you at a cost.

You will  return the goods related to the cancelled order to LÈR  – BUCURESTI, SECTOR 1, BULEVARDUL AGRONOMIEI 7-15, BLOC N1.8, AP 1, cod 014151 , without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.                                                                               

Please note that you can only exercise your right to cancel your order if you inform us in writing of your cancellation, at any time after your order has been placed, up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date following receipt of your order, by email or as mentioned above, i.e. before requesting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), by email sent to hello@ilerbrand.com 

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized is exempt from the right of withdrawal.

 

Returning products in a few steps:

1.    Fill this out. return form, ensuring that the product you want to return meets the return conditions below;

2.    Select one of the return options from the form: exchange for the same model (you can opt for a size or color change), exchange for a different product, or refund of the amount paid upon purchase;

3. You will send the product you wish to return by courier to ILÈR  – BUCURESTI, SECTOR 1, BULEVARDUL AGRONOMIEI 7-15, BLOC N1.8, AP 1, cod 014151.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you have opted for a refund of the amount paid for the purchase and the product you returned meets the return conditions, ÎNURI will refund your money to the account you specified in the return form or to your card, if you paid by card. The money will be transferred to your account or card within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.

If you choose to return the product, the direct costs related to returning the product, including shipping costs, will be borne by you.

 

What conditions must the products meet:

You can return any product sold by ILÈR  – BUCURESTI, SECTOR 1, BULEVARDUL AGRONOMIEI 7-15, BLOC N1.8, AP 1, cod 014151,Romania , within fourteen (14) days from the moment it was delivered to you by the courier or directly by ILÈR , as the case may be.

When you return it, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, with the seal intact, without stains, tears or other defects. It must be accompanied by the original, intact label, in the original packaging, which contains the item's identification code. Items must be returned unused and with all ILÈR labels still attached. Where provided, tapes and any ILÈR packaging elements, such as authenticity tags, dust bags and leather tags,  must be included in the return.  If the products we delivered to you were accompanied by any gifts, when you return the products you must also return the gifts.

If you have purchased multiple products of the same type and want to return them all, only one of the products can be unsealed, we can only accept the remaining products if they are sealed.

Returned products that are damaged or dirty or without tags cannot be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund may be refused.

Please send email to hello@ilerbrand.com if any of the purchases were delivered without ILÈR labels.

All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow for easy identification and expedited processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender.

Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ÌNURI as accurately as possible. However, as computer and mobile monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

Discounted items (if applicable)

Only products intended for regular sale can be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only exchange products if they are defective, damaged or need to be resized, due to ILÈR's fault.

 

Overdue repayments or lack (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before the refund is processed.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be processed.

Dispatch

To return the product, you must send the product to us at the following address: Bucharest county sector 1, Bulevardul Agronomiei 7-15, Bloc N1.8, ap 1, cod 014151, Romania.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.                   


REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are repeatedly returned.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your use of the Site and its Content does not grant you any rights in any copyright, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property rights and materials relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including the ILÈR software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by ILÈR and/or its licensors.Any reproduction or redistribution of the content listed above is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the materials listed above to any other server, location or medium for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purpose of viewing the content for your own personal use.

 

CONTENT

In addition to the intellectual property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as including any graphic, photographic, including all rights in images, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this site. ÌNURI tries to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate and complete. ÌNURI does not promise that the ILÈR content is correct or error-free. ILÈR does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or the ILÈR content will be error-free or that this Site, the ILÈR content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all Internet users ensure that they have installed up-to-date virus checking software.

 

No Content transmitted to you, by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by you through access, visit and/or viewing constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of ILÈR and/or on the part of the ILÈR  employee/official who mediated the transfer of the Content.

 

YOUR ACTIVITY.

You agree that you will be solely responsible for your use of this Site and for all communications and activity on and under this Site. If we determine that you are or have been involved in prohibited activities, that you have not been respectful to other users, or that you have otherwise violated the Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this Site temporarily or permanently.

We may include hyperlinks on this Site to other sites or resources operated by persons other than ILÈR, including advertisers. ILÈR has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any pages outside the Site, nor is it responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) for any advertisements, products or other materials or services on or available from such sites or resources, or for any damage, loss or injury caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external sites or resources.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not exclude our liability for our own negligence or fraud or that of our employees or agents.

IF ILÈR BREACHES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE WILL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES THAT ARE CONSIDERED DIRECT LOSSES AND THAT ARE A REASONABLE, FORESEEABLE CONSEQUENCE OF SUCH BREACH. LOSSES ARE CONSIDERED FORESEEABLE IF, FOR EXAMPLE, THEY COULD HAVE BEEN FORESEEABLE BY YOU AND ILÈR AT THE TIME OF THE BREACH.  PLACEMENT OF YOUR ORDER, AND SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER BY ILÈR. ILÈR IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE LIMIT OF  UP TO 150% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE GOODS YOU PURCHASED. 

We are not liable for indirect losses or losses that cannot be reasonably foreseen by you and us (for example, loss of profit or loss of opportunity). 

We are also not responsible for failure to comply with any of the obligations assumed under the Terms and Conditions when such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control. 

 

GUARANTEE

For the products sold, ILÈR offers you the legal guarantee in accordance with the provisions of Romanian law for each type of product.

 

OUR RELATIONSHIP

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ÌNURI as a result of these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Site. You agree that you cannot and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of ILÈR, and we will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.

 

Waiver

In case  you breach the Terms and Conditions and we will not take any action against you, we will still be entitled to exercise our rights and seek compensation for any situations in which you breach the Terms and Conditions.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

If, within fifteen (15) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the contract without either party being able to claim any other damages from the other.

 

COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW

If you have a complaint against us, please send an email to hello@ilerbrand.com providing full details, including the date of purchase and order reference number if applicable and your full name and address and contact details. The Terms and Conditions together with all our policies and procedures shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law, and the competent courts of Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

SUBMITTING REVIEWS, COMMENTS, QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Reviews, Comments, Questions and Answers can be posted by users/customers/buyers in the “Customer Questions and Answers” and “Reviews” sections. The information posted can be both positive and negative, and will refer to the features and how to use a product or service.

When registering a particular Review/Comment/Question/Answer on the Site, users/customers/buyers grant ILÈR a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, territorially unlimited license and give ÌNURI the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display this content.

Each user/client/buyer, when registering a Review/Comment/Question/Answer in the mentioned sections, undertakes to comply with the following rules:

  • to refer only to the characteristics and/or method of use of a particular product or service, avoiding information related to aspects that may change (price or promotional offers) or information related to the order process;
  • to use appropriate, non-offensive language, without terms that may offend or affect any other user/client/buyer;
  • to ensure the correct classification of the content entered on the Site as follows: any Question will be entered in the "Customer Questions and Answers" section, and any Review will be entered in the "Reviews" section;
  • to ensure that the information entered by them is realistic, accurate, non-misleading and in accordance with applicable laws, thus respecting the rights of other parties, including copyright, trademark, license or other property rights, publicity or privacy;
  • to use this facility only to communicate or obtain additional details regarding a specific  product or service on the Site without referring to other companies that promote the sale and purchase of products or services;
  • not to provide or request, in any way and to any extent, personal data (contact details, information about delivery or home address, telephone numbers, email addresses, name and/or first name, etc.) or any other information that may lead to the disclosure of such personal data;
  • not to enter information and/or details about URLs (links) from other commercial sites that carry out the same commercial activity as ILÈR;
  • not to attempt to defraud the services provided by  ILÈR or to post Reviews/Comments/Questions/Answers containing materials of an advertising nature;
  • not to use the Review/Comment/Question/Answer as a means of communication with the Seller, in this regard the Seller's contact details listed on the Site will be used.

In addition to a realistic critical evaluation, when writing a Review,  the user/customer/buyer will also add a relevant Rating for the related product or service. The Reviews, together with their corresponding Ratings, will influence the overall Rating of the product or service, a number that appears in brackets next to their title. Thus, a Review accompanied by a high Rating leads to an increase in the overall Rating, and a Review accompanied by a low Rating leads to a decrease in the  Overall rating.

Users/customers/buyers who post Reviews to which they attach photo or video files will comply with the following rules:

  • uploaded files  will contain images and/or videos  which refers  to the product or service for which the Review is written, ensuring that the uploaded files respect copyright;
  • the uploaded files will not contain violence, adult content,  licentious language  or other content that offends a person/group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status,  sexual or political orientation;
  • the uploaded files will not contain information related to other people;
  • The uploaded files will not contain URLs or watermarks to sites that carry out the same commercial activity as ILÈR.

 

When a Review/Comment/Question or Answer is flagged by a user/customer/buyer as having inappropriate content, from a strictly subjective perspective, this content is carefully examined by ILÈR to determine if it violates the Terms & Conditions of this Site. The inserted texts, photos or videos are removed from the Site only after their examination by ILÈR.

In case  If the Seller finds that the Terms & Conditions have been violated repeatedly, he reserves the right to suspend the user/customer/buyer's ability to post Reviews/Comments/Questions or Answers in the "Customer Questions and Answers" and "Reviews" sections.

For complaints or inquiries regarding the purchased item, you can write to us at hello@ilerbrand.com. TermThe maximum time for resolving complaints or notifications is 30 calendar days from their receipt.

 

GIFT CARDS

ÌNURI Virtual Gift Cards are sold under the following terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed for all products on the website www.ilerbrand.com .
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. 
  • If your total order needs are the same value as the Gift Card value
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient once the complete order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will be sent to the sender as shipping confirmation.
