Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you (or a third party, other than a carrier, and indicated by you) took physical possession of the last products in the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing at the Customer Relations Department by e-mail at: hello@ilerbrand.com.

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify your decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph. (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G. no. 34/2014, within fourteen (14) days starting with the day on which you took physical possession of the product. The costs of return are borne by you.

We may make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value of any goods delivered, if the loss is the result of improper handling by you.

We will refund the value of the product without delay, and no later than:

(i) fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive back from you any goods delivered; or

(ii) if the goods have not been delivered, fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your withdrawal.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

If we have sent the goods to you and you have cancelled the order, we may postpone the refund until we have received the goods back.

If we do not receive back the goods related to the cancelled order, we are entitled to collect them from you against payment of a fee.

You shall return the goods related to the cancelled order to ILÈR –Bulevardul Agronomiei 7-15, block N1.8, ap1, Sector1, Bucharest, cod 014151,Romania without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note that you can only exercise your right to cancel your order if you inform us in writing of your cancellation, at any time after your order has been placed, up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, by email or as mentioned above, i.e. before requesting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), by email sent to hello@ilerbrand.com.

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Returning products in a few steps:

1.Complete the return form, which can be found in the "Contact" section, ensuring that the product you want to return meets the return conditions below;

2.Select one of the return options from the form: exchange for the same model (you can choose to exchange for size or color), exchange for a different product or refund of the amount paid for the purchase;

3. You will send the product you wish to return by courier to ILÈR at Bulevardul Agronomiei 7-15, block N1.8, ap1, Sector 1, Bucharest, code 014151, Romania.

Once the returned product is received and checked, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you have opted for a refund of the amount paid for the purchase and the product you have returned meets the return conditions, ILÈR will refund your money to the account you specified in the return form or to your card, if you paid by card. The money will be transferred to your account or card within fourteen (14) days.

If you choose to return the product, the direct costs related to returning the product, including the cost of shipping, will be borne by you.

What conditions must the products meet:

You can return any product sold by ILÈR within fourteen (14) days from the moment it was delivered to you by the courier or directly by ILÈR as the case may be.

When you return it, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, with intact seal, without stains, tears or other defects. It is necessary to be accompanied by the original, intact label, in the original packaging, which contains the item's identification code. Items must be returned unused and with all ILÈR labels still attached. Where provided, tapes and any ILÈR packaging elements, such as authenticity labels, dust bags and leather tags, must be included in the return. If the products we delivered to you were accompanied by any gifts, when you return the products you must also return the gifts.

If you have purchased multiple items of the same type and wish to return all of them, only one of the items can be unsealed, the remaining items can only be accepted if sealed.

Returned items that are damaged or soiled or without tags cannot be accepted and may be returned to the customer and/or the refund may be refused.

Please email hello@ilerbrand.com. if any of your purchases were delivered without ILÈR tags.

All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ILÈR. However, as computer and mobile monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only exchange products if they are defective, damaged or need to be resized, due to ILÈR's fault.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be registered.

Custom Products (Made to Measure)

Custom products, made to order, according to the customer's measurements and preferences, are considered custom products.

For this reason:

• The standard 14-day return does not apply to Made to Measure products.

• In return, we guarantee a correct fit according to the measurements provided.

• For additional or major modifications, these may involve an additional cost, established together with the customer.

Advance

For Made to Measure products, a 50% advance is required upon order confirmation. This advance is non-refundable.

Execution time

Customized products are made within 10–21 working days, depending on the complexity of the order.
